How we pack (so it arrives just right)
Will my Pho arrive soggy?
No. Noodles and broth are packed separately. Toss right before you eat for perfect blend and balanced flavours, you can microwave too!

How fresh are the ingredients?
Very. We prepare to order: chicken is grilled fresh, meats are sliced to order, and vegetables are cut the same morning for service.

Timing & scheduling
Can I order for a specific time (e.g., 12:30 PM lunch)?
Yes. We’re available on Uber Eats and Deliveroo from 11:30 am – 10:15 pm, every day. Use the app’s scheduling feature to choose your preferred delivery time.
Receiving your order
What if I’m not home when it arrives?
Use the app’s “Leave at door” option and add a note (gate codes, safe spot, etc.). If the driver needs clarification, they may call you.
Do you deliver to universities (UoN, NTU)?
Yes. We regularly deliver to University of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent University, and student accommodations across the city. Enter the exact building name and postcode in the app; the platform will route the driver automatically.
Storing & reheating
Is it still good if I eat it 2 hours later?
Yes—store it in the refrigerator as soon as possible.
How should I reheat?
- Hot dishes: Transfer to a microwave-safe plate or keep in our microwave-safe packaging and heat in short intervals, stirring between bursts.
- Crispy items: For best texture, use an oven/air fryer at a moderate temperature for a few minutes.
- Salads: Keep dressing separate until serving; do not reheat.
Always check food is piping hot throughout before eating. Avoid leaving food at room temperature for extended periods.

Can I order for a group/office?
Absolutely. We handle team lunches, workshops, and study sessions.
